About SoMD Estate Planning

About SoMD Estate Planning

SoMD Estate Planning provides modern, client-centered estate planning services to families throughout Southern Maryland. We believe that protecting your family should be simple, affordable, and stress-free — and we have built our practice around that belief.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make estate planning accessible to every Southern Maryland family. Too many people put off creating a will, trust, or advance directive because they assume the process is complicated, time-consuming, or expensive. At SoMD Estate Planning, we have eliminated those barriers with a tech-forward approach that combines remote consultations, digital document preparation, and transparent flat-fee pricing.

We believe that every family — regardless of income, age, or asset level — deserves a comprehensive estate plan. Whether you need a simple will or a complex trust arrangement, we deliver professional, personalized legal services without unnecessary complexity or hidden costs.
